The Bulldogs are pleased to announce the signing of high-flying 6’4 Guard Conor O’Reilly for the 23/24 season.

A Hertfordshire-native, Conor spent the previous season playing for Loughborough Riders’ in NBL Division 1, averaging 2.9 points, 1.2 rebounds and 0.6 assists in 10.6 minutes per game. Prior to this, he played for London Greenhouse in NBL2, posting season stats of 17.6 points, 6.1 rebounds and 1.7 assists per game in 30.4 minutes.

He also combined basketball with studying for a degree in BSc Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management at Loughborough University. At Loughborough, he was a key part of the University’s first team, who won the BUCS Basketball Premiership Title this past season. 

Conor on signing with the Bulldogs: “After spending the past few seasons developing my game up in Loughborough within the Riders programme, I’m excited to be back home and to be playing for the team. I am really excited to see where this team goes not only this season, but in seasons to come. I look forward to getting to work and having a successful season!”

Coach Chuck on signing Conor: “We are very happy to have signed Conor as he was one of our prime recruitment targets this summer. He is somebody I have known for years and his ability to shoot and play in the open floor fits very well with how we want to play this season.”
