Basketball- Team Motivation
Many of us will come back home from practices and wonder, why the heck did Johnny decide to come out for the basketball team if he does not need to try? We spend a lot of time and energy on the frustration and the battle to get players to perform at their perfect level during games. I suspect it can be summed up in one common sports phrase: the way in which you practice is the way in which you play the game.
